A professional team with an extensive artistic and pedagogical career and an enormous passion for sharing their experience on the art and science of movement
At the head of the team, Miguel Ángel Punzano contributes the scientific part, he will be in charge of imparting the contents related to the study of movement, somatic preparation (body-mind) and technique, through the subjects Release & Floorwork, Structural & Somatic Work, Acrobatics, Partnering & Contact Improvisation.
Andrea Amor and Libertad Pozo provide the artistic side, taking charge of the subjects: Improvisation / Composition, Movement Research, Choreography & Creation.
Every month a guest teacher visits the School to offer one or several master classes. External teachers are always a stimulus for the student, providing novelty and diversity and giving our students the opportunity to test their skills in other registers or styles of movement and/or delve into specific content. This year we have had at the School Nacho Cárcaba, Christine Cole (USA), Álvaro Murillo, Miguel Tornero, Carlota Rosón, Martín Banco, Sebastián Rowinsky (Venezuela/Spain), Cristiane Boullosa (Brazil/Spain) and Shantí Vera (Mexico).

Movement Research & Creation
Contemporary dancer trained in Fine Arts, since 2015 she has accompanied Tejido Conectivo project, as part of the project's creations and initiatives and nurturing the pedagogical, somatic, choreographic and artistic research.
She also collaborates with other companies such as Cocinando Danza or the children's group Los Pica Pica.
He has worked as an performer in the Camille Hanson company and in the German physical theater company Ántagon TheaterAkt.
She currently works as a teacher at the Theater School Arturo Bernal and at Sincrinía Studio.
She continues his eternally unfinished learning process through the investigation of movement together with Miguel Ángel Punzano and at E.O.I Jesús Maestro as a student of Modern Greek.

Graduate and Master in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences at the University of León. Master in Neuropsychology and Education at the International University of La Rioja. Graduated in Contemporary Dance at the Professional Dance Conservatory of Alicante. Degree in Holistic Kinesiology. Judo black belt.
He has been a professor of Dance Anatomy and Biomechanics at the Alicante Professional Dance Conservatory and a professor of Health Sciences at the Alicante Superior Dance Conservatory.
- As a Pedagogue, he has given courses and master classes in Conservatories, Universities, Teacher Training Centers, Festivals and Schools in Spain, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Belgium, Sweden, Portugal and Estonia
- As an Performer he has made presentations in Spain, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Peru, Argentina, Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy and Cyprus.
- As a Creator, he has presented his work in festivals in Spain and abroad, including Germany, Portugal, Mexico, Costa Rica and Colombia.

Improvisation / Composition
Contemporary dancer / Choreographer. Guest artist at the Cairo Contemporary Dance Center since 2012 (Egypt) and at the ArtEZ Dance Academy since 2009 (Holland) to date. Graduated from the ArtEZ Dance Academy.
Specialized in Improvisation/Composition and dramaturgy in dance. She coordinates the Encounters Research Group (Cairo) and is part of the Moves in Between and National Center Performing Arts (Holland) and at the ICON Seminars (England and Finland). She works from a multidisciplinary vision as a creative tool to continue questioning dance from other perspectives.
As a creator, she is based on performer´s daily life and environment. With a long career in directing and choreography, she has taught at Dance/Music Conservatories in Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, Lithuania Egypt, at Dramatic Art Schools and Dance-Theater companies.

The Founder and Director of Somatic BODY Training Program
Christine is an expert in the embodiment of human development on the leading edge of research about somatic movement education and therapy. She displays a radical trust in embodied experience as the primary way for groups to co-create knowledge.
As a result of 30 years of engaging deeply in learning and teaching the somatic practices of Body-Mind Centering®, Dance/Movement abd Bodywork, Christine clearly embodies the material she has evolved and models a deep understanding of how thw body´s systems change in various developmental stages.
In adition, Christine has long term practices in Contat Improvisaiton, Post-Modern and Improvisational Dance, Authentic Movement, Improvisational Theater, Writing and Vocal Training,
ÁLVARO MURILLO
SPAIN
Contemporary Flamenco
Degree in Dance Psychology and Performing Techniques at the University of Extremadura. He is awarded the best degree record in Physical Activity Sciences and is currently doing a thesis doctorate on the physical and brain effects of dance and creativity in people with chronic pain. Together with Pablo Molero and Juanlu León, he organizes the DZM International Dance Festival (Cáceres).
In 2020 he premiered the piece Flamencas at the Escena Patrimonio Festival produced by UNESCO and he also began working for the Albadulake circus, flamenco and dance company participating in the Almagro Classical Theater Festival and the Dubai World Expo (2022). In 2021 he won second prize at the Bionic Festival with the Flamenco Futuro project and represented the work Flamencas at the International Festival Dantzaldia. In 2023 he was selected by the Paco de Lucía Foundation and the Creative Music Higher Center for his training in the Flamenco Lab 2023 program.

Floorwork / Release / Partnering
Dancer, choreographer and pedagogue. He began his training in Venezuela under the direction of the Danzahoy company, later he traveled to New York where he received scholarships at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center and the Limón Institute.
In 1998 he arrived in Europe where he worked with different companies and theaters in Switzerland, Germany and Spain, where for the last 13 years he has been a dancer in Otradanza company under the direction of Asun Noales.
In 2022 he opened his own company "Cos Constant Dansa" based in the city of Valencia where he collaborates with other choreographers, mainly focused on partnering and duet creations.
He has been teaching since 2002, offering workshops in different Schools and Conservatories in Spain and the rest of Europe.

Contact Improvisation
Choreographer, Dancer and Pedagogue. She began her training and professional career in Brazil where she graduated in Dance from the Federal University of Bahia. Her training is influenced by the study of classical ballet, American Modern Dance techniques (Graham, Limon, Horton, Cunningham), by the schools of German Expressionism (dance-theater, gesture language), improvisation techniques, contact improvisation and , in a complementary way, manual therapies and training in Shiatsu.
As a pedagogue, she has been teaching regular dance classes for 33 years in official Conservatories, Universities, Private Schools, festivals and Workshops for Theater and Dance groups.
In 2013 he created the pedagogical project Espacio FCI with the aim of offering dance training from the Contact Improvisation technique.

Movement Research (Thougth into Action)
Graduated in Contemporary Dance with honors by Universidad Veracruzana in Xalapa, Mexico and Master in Performing Arts and Visual Culture by Universidad de Castilla La Mancha and Museum Reina Sofía in Madrid, Spain.
He has developed as a performer, director, choreographer, teacher, body researcher, and curator presenting his work in multiple contexts in Mexico, Latin America, and Europe. His artistic work is a political commitment to the defense of the body. He conceives the body as a territory of thought and sensitive encounter with the world.
Since 2007 is director of the company CUATRO X CUATRO. In 2009 he created FESTIVAL4X4 (with 13 editions to date), both spaces intended for experimentation, research, promotion, and exhibition of contemporary performing arts.

Contemporary Dance (Old School)
Pedagogue, interpreter and creator dedicated to Contemporary Dance. Co-director of CocinandoDanza Project. Graduated in Teaching in the specialty of Physical Education and Master in Psychopedagogy, both from the University of Valencia. Degree in Dance Contemporary by the María Carbonell Dance Studio (Valencia). black belt Shotokan karate and regular practitioner of Hatha yoga for years.
As interpreter of Contemporary Dance has worked with Ananda Dansa, Britta Lieberknecht & Company (Germany), Mou Dansa (Valencia), in the videodance “Transit” by director Marc Martínez and in the María Carbonell Dance Company.
He currently combines his work as a dancer, teacher, performer and creator in the CocinandoDanza Project.

Movement & Perception
Howard has been involved with movement studies, contact improvisation, dance, theatre and somatic integration techniques for the past 40 years.
He has taught and perform extensively throughout the world since the 1980´s.
He is highly respected for his teaching and most well-known for his integration of innovative movement research combining principles of perception, touch and allignment techniques.
In the last 17 years he has been a professor of the National Conservatory of Theatre in Lisbon, spezializing in sharing his work for stage actors. In Portugal he was one of the firsts Contact Improvisation teachers, holding his community work on gatherings, as Portugal Contact and Arrábida Dance Labs since its early editions.

Graduated in Contemporary Dance from the National University of Costa Rica. Master in Performing Arts from the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid, Master of Qigong from the Galician Federation of Kung Fu Spain, Graduated in Quiromassage from the Popular University of the Northwest, A Coruña, Spain and is also a teacher of Ashtanga Yoga.
Currently, he is developing his artistic career parallel to stage management and production. He is the founder of the Foundation for Cooperation and Sociocultural Development SÓLODOS. He directs the SóLODOS Cultural project and platform, the SóLODOS EN DANZA festival and different research, management and artistic exchange platforms.

Movement Research /Klein Technique based
Carlos Osatinsky and Fernando Nicolás Pelliccioli are contemporary dancers, choreographers, movement facilitators, and performers. They met in 1996 in Buenos Aires, and have worked together since then.
In the year 2000 they traveled to Europe creating their base in the city of Berlin, Germany. In addition to regularly collaborating with European artists, choreographers and companies, their pieces in various formats have been and are shown in various venues and festivals in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Under the title of espaciopropio.augenblick, they teach classes, laboratories and workshops where they share and develop the conceptual axes and materials explored in their work, motivated by discovering tools that facilitate and support creative and vital processes.

Flyng Low
Dancer and choreographer. She began her dance training in Costa Rica and continued in Madrid, at the Mariemma Professional Dance Conservatory. From the beginning she complemented her training with several teachers, among whom David Zambrano stands out.
She has been a guest contemporary dance teacher in schools and projects such as Carmen Senra, Danza 180º, Bambúdanza, Descalzinha Danza, Corpo a Terra, Belgrade Dance Institute, Una Tarde en Danza, Certamen Choreográfico de Madrid and Escuela de Artes Vivas Pradillo.
She began her creations in 2012 with the solo "El Pie", which won several awards in Spain. Since then, her works have been presented in festivals and circuits such as Acieloabierto, Red de Teatros Alternativos, Danza a Escena, Ellas Crean, Surge Madrid, Abierto en Canal, Abril en Danza, Madrid en Danza and The Lucky Trimmer.

Acrobatics
Circus artist, dancer, teacher and creator. He has trained circus disciplines at Carampa Circus School in Madrid, as well as contemporary dance with choreographers from Madrid's environment. He is specialized in handstand and ground acrobatics.
He began his personal research into a fluid acrobatic language. He has directed his own and commissioned contemporary circus pieces and has participated as a performer in various circus and dance productions.
Since 2013, he has been teaching at the Carampa Circus School in Madrid, in the disciplines of handstand and acrodance.

Nataliya is performer, movement researcher and teacher. She studied Visual Arts and Dance and she is the artistic director of Al descubierto Physical Theatre company.
She taught workshops in Aula Nostra - innate butoh school, in the International School of Gesture, in the Rey Juan Carlos University
Her artistic investigation is based on butoh dance, improvisation, performance art and interweaving between different scenic languages.
She has participated in festivals as Essencia, Una mirada al cuerpo, Surge Madrid, Alma Negra - festival of Iberian butoh, Ex...it International Butoh Festival, Festival of New Theatre Researchers, Bionic Festival.
She is co-director "A Butoh pelao” together with Jonathan Martineau, Matilde J Ciria, Oniricas Productions in the Exlímite, Madrid.

His professional life in Yoga began at the Victoria Gym in León. This first opportunity has marked the last seventeen years of his life. Today he continues to immerse himself in the mysteries of vinyasa krama yoga, which he considers a tool for himself as a teacher, providing logic and meaning to what he does, and giving him the possibility of being creative in his classes without losing the essentials of this science. called yoga. Creator, dancer and pedagogue trained in Contemporary Dance and Certified in the Humphrey/Limón Technique by the José Limón Dance Foundation of New York, Professional Degree in Classical Dance from the Madrid Dance Conservatory, trained in Interpretation with the Madrid Dance Theater, and granted from 10 & 10 Dance, Choreographic Center of the Valencian Community and National Ballet of Cuba. She completes her training in Belgium, Holland, USA, Canada, Scotland and Italy.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Pedagogy, a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master in in Hispanic Philology (UNED) and a Master´s Degree in Education in Museums and Cultural Spaces (UEMC).
Since 2013, she co-directs CocinandoDanza with Miguel Tornero, a dance company and a dance pedagogy and artistic mediation project.
