THE JORNEY.
One Academic Year · October 2026 – June 2027
EMPTY
First Trimester · October 1 – December 17, 2026
The first trimester is dedicated to the concept of emptiness. It is a time to clear our minds, allowing our bodies to open to the unknown, to refresh and expand our body-mind knowledge through the understanding and integration (embodiment) of anatomical and biomechanical movement principles. This period is about laying the foundations of movement, immersing ourselves in the concept of Release, and developing one of the most fundamental and essential cognitive skills: observation, in its broadest sense The subjects Structural BodyWork and Somatic Techniques will be essential for this beginning.
BUILD
Second Trimester · January 11 – March 19, 2027
The second trimester is dedicated to deepening and broadening our understanding of technique and training while building a diverse personal repertoire of movement practices. This phase focuses on movement analysis and an in-depth study of technique, grounded in anatomical and biomechanical principles.
It is also a time to gently and healthily expand the limits of our bodies and minds, exploring new physical possibilities with awareness and control. The subjects Floorwork, Partnering, and Acrobatics together with Structural BodyWork and Somatic Techniques will be essential in this journey of growth and exploration.
PLAY
Third Trimester · April 5 – June 15, 2027
The third trimester is dedicated to the concept of wholeness—a time to integrate knowledge from different disciplines into a cohesive, interconnected practice. This phase encourages students to synthesize their learning, connecting various elements to develop a deeper, more global understanding of movement.
Now is the moment to put all acquired tools and skills into action, to define—or redefine—your own artistic language. It is a time for exploration, experimentation, integration, and self-expression, but above all, it is a time to play, create, and fully enjoy the most immersive and intense stage of the program.
CREATE
Creation holds a central place in our curriculum. We not only provide students with concrete tools to navigate the creative process but also ensure they have a space to share their individual and collective work. To support this, the program features monthly public presentations through Tejido Conectivo Escena, offering students a platform to showcase their creations, experiment with ideas, and engage with an audience in a professional setting.
SPECIFIC CONTEMPORARY DANCE PROGRAM
RELEASE-BASED | SOMATIC APPROACH
We embrace a training philosophy that shifts away from conventional toning methods, focusing instead on balance, globality, and holistic development. Our goal is to help students understand their bodies, enhance their abilities, and expand their limits in a sustainable and healthy way Rooted in both scientific research and practical experience, our pedagogy integrates classical knowledge with the latest studies in anatomy, biomechanics and neuroeducation.. Subjects such as Structural Bodywork and Somatic Techniques are fundamental to this approach. However, this somatic perspective extends throughout the entire program, deeply influencing all technical disciplines.
TECHNICAL DISCIPLINES
Our program embraces core techniques and disciplines that form the foundation of today’s contemporary dance landscape. Floorwork, Acrobatics, Partering and Contact Improvisation serve as key tools in our journey toward deeper understanding, skill development, and the refinement of movement technique. These disciplines not only build physical strength and versatility but also foster adaptability, creativity, and a deeper connection to the body in motion.
PERFORMING PRACTICES
Our program offers a unique and exclusive opportunity—not only to grow as a performer but also to develop as a creator. Through Improvisation / Composition and Movement Research & Creation, students engage in deep exploration and reflection on essential aspects of performance, including choreography, dramaturgy, and the symbolism of movement. These subjects encourage artistic inquiry, creative risk-taking, and the development of a personal voice within contemporary dance.

FOCUSED ON CREATIVITY AND CREATION
We believe in providing a comprehensive, high-quality education that prepares future performing arts professionals not just as performers, but also as creators. In response to the evolving landscape of the Performing Arts, our program fosters both technical mastery and artistic innovation.
CURRICULUM DESIGNED TO ENHANCE CREATIVITY
Our courses in Improvisation / Composition and Movement Research & Creation encourage deep exploration and reflection on choreography, dramaturgy, and the symbolic language of movement. These subjects provide students with the tools to develop their artistic voice while refining their creative process

TEJIDO CONECTIVO ESCENA: A SPACE FOR CREATION & PERFORMANCE
We believe that stage experience is an integral part of the learning process, from day one until the end of the program. That’s why our students have a monthly opportunity to present their work in a professional setting through Tejido Conectivo Escena, the school’s Monthly Stage Program.

MENTORING
Reflection and feedback are at the core of our pedagogical philosophy. Mentoring is understood as an ongoing space for dialogue that supports each student’s technical, creative, and personal development throughout the program.
GROUP MENTORING
Group mentoring unfolds in two complementary formats across the academic year.
At key moments in the program, scheduled mentoring sessions are designed to support transitions in rhythm, intensity, or working modes. These meetings accompany students through important shifts in the training process and involve the full artistic and pedagogical team, offering collective guidance, perspective, and alignment during pivotal phases of development.
Alongside these structured moments, regular informal group mentoring sessions take place throughout the year. Led by the school’s director and core faculty—and often joined by members of the company and teaching team—these gatherings create an open space for dialogue, reflection, and shared feedback within a collaborative learning environment.
INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT
Students may also request one-on-one tutorials with any member of the teaching team at any time during the program. These sessions allow for more focused guidance, addressing specific questions, challenges, or artistic inquiries as they arise.
